Therefore, to make it comfortable for our partners to work with us, we offer contract types that can be tailored to suit each individual's ideal working style.
For example, you could start off working with us at Meme in a side hustle capacity. If you later feel you'd like to fully commit to Meme, we can transition you into a more dedicated role.
Of course, you have the flexibility to engage with Meme on a partial basis from start to finish, or to fully commit to Meme right from the get-go. Both approaches are possible.
Recruitment involves going through an interview with either the team leader or a representative from Meme, after which we'll make the hiring decision.
Job Description
At Meme, we run our operations through the collaborative efforts of three types of teams: engineers, marketers, and designers.
The teams are not completely independent of each other; they collaborate to run the business. If you're hired, you'll start off in an on-the-job training (OJT) format, learning the ropes from other members within the same team before taking on actual tasks.
We are looking for individuals with the following skill sets in each team:
Engineer
Marketer
Designer
